Email Design
I’m responsible for the full digital marketing communications strategy across both B2B and B2C brands, including the creation, design, scheduling, and analysis of email marketing campaigns for over 7,500 trade customers at Gallery Direct and 40,000+ consumer subscribers for Perch & Parrow. My role covers everything from campaign concepts and creative direction through to responsive email design, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance optimisation, ensuring all communications remain visually engaging and commercially effective.
I have experience working across multiple email marketing platforms including HubSpot, Campaign Monitor, Brevo, Mailchimp, and BeeFree, giving me a strong understanding of different workflows, automation systems, and best practices across both trade and consumer-focused marketing.
